  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  4. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Inspection and Processing of Returns

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 5 business days.
  • Approval or Rejection: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. If the return is rejected, we will notify you via email with an explanation.

6. Refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
